Mimi Silbert looks for the bottom 2% of the population, and has successfully turned thousands of lives around through her “Harvard for Losers”. The 2 to 4 year program gives ex-cons work skills and work experience. In order to graduate you must have pass an equivalancy exam to obtain a high school diploma, a job, a place to live, and three marketable skills.
