The cool thing about this technology is that it is free so it could become ubiquitous in the future. Perhaps this technology- with voice recognition added- could be used on TV and movie theaters to translate dialog into sign language.
UPDATE: I got an email on this post that the sign language dictionary does not include the word “God” or “Jesus”, but it does include “Father Christmas”. I checked it and this is true. It would be hard to translate the gospel of John, or talk about the Lord God, using the 5000 signs included in this dictionary. Perhaps they should consider adding these words.
